Peanut beetle cultures. Do not feed the beatles to the spiders, they are toxic. Only feed the worms to the spiders, they run smaller than mealworms. They have a smaller mouth, less likely to bite the spoon, but is still possible. They have a soft outer body. So it's easier for the spiders to eat them. They 're more plump, so they have more nutrition, smaller chance of hurting your spider.
